4. Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer's country, currency, device or payment provider.

4.2 Prices and currency

The product price, applicable taxes and any optional charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed. Although standard shipping is free, import charges may apply to certain international deliveries as explained in the Shipping Policy.

Currency conversion performed by a card issuer, bank or payment provider may involve an exchange rate or fee controlled by that third party.

4.3 Payment authorisation and security

Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation and fraud checks. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Dormeluna does not normally receive or store the complete card number.

Dormeluna may cancel an order and refund the payment if authorisation fails, fraud is reasonably suspected, the product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred.
