Warranty and Product Conformity Policy

3. Warranty and Product Conformity Policy

3.1 Statutory rights

Dormeluna products are covered by the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the sale. These statutory rights exist independently of the 14-day change-of-mind period.

For consumers in Spain, Dormeluna is responsible for a lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within three years after delivery of new goods, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.

Consumers in France, the United Kingdom and the United States retain the non-waivable rights and remedies provided by the law applicable to them. Where local mandatory protection is more favourable than these terms, that protection will apply.

3.2 What may constitute a lack of conformity

A product may be non-conforming if, for example, it is materially different from the product ordered, lacks the agreed characteristics, is damaged on arrival or cannot reasonably perform the ordinary function described for it.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect cleaning, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow care instructions or a purely subjective preference concerning firmness or comfort does not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

3.3 Making a warranty claim

To make a claim, contact Dormeluna through the store's Contact page and provide the order number, a clear description of the issue and any reasonably necessary supporting photographs. Dormeluna may request the return of the product at no cost to the customer when the law requires it.

The appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law. For this type of product, a replacement, price reduction or refund may be more appropriate than repair.
